It is helpful in bone health also, because it contains a fair amount of vitamin K and calcium. Which helps in repairing of bone and bone tissue. Also tomatoes have vitamin A, which is very useful in vision that means it will improve vision and it reduces hair problems.


It helps in lowers blood sugar level, due to potassium and vitamin B, tomatoes help to lower blood pressure and lower high cholesterol level.
